 Brian
Matko practices in the fields of commercial and retail law with
an emphasis on creditors' rights litigation.
Prior to re-joining Martin & Seibert, L.C.,
Mr. Matko practiced law in Northern Virginia, where he focused on
insurance defense, workers' compensation, land use, business law
and general litigation.
He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and
the Virginia State Bar.
Mr. Matko has been admitted to the West Virginia
Supreme Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court, United States
District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, United
States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia,
United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia
and the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
