Mr. Stevens practices primarily in insurance defense litigation.

Prior to joining Martin & Seibert, he served on the staff of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of General Counsel and as a consulting attorney for a major produce wholesaler in the Washington, D.C. area.

Mr. Stevens has worked with cases involving a variety of civil matters such as real estate development, contract disputes, employment agreements and regulatory compliance.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Stevens served as director of a housing development agency and in various management capacities in the wholesale produce industry. He also worked with trade groups and commodity boards on a national level in the design and implementation of marketing promotions.

Mr. Stevens is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
