Jeff
A. Godfrey practices mainly in civil litigation, commercial law,
creditor’s rights and collections.
Mr. Godfrey’s prior experience includes civil practice
in Charleston, West Virginia, and over five years of work for West
Virginia state government doing everything from writing legislation
and conducting auctions to child support establishment and enforcement.
Additionally, he was a law clerk in the Office of the Wood County
Prosecuting Attorney.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Godfrey worked in
banking and accounting. Mr. Godfrey is a board member for North
Christian School in Parkersburg.
He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and
is licensed to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of
Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of
West Virginia.
