Andrea J. Hinerman - Attorney at Law

Andrea Hinerman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from West Virginia University in 1992 and a Juris Doctor degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1998.

Before joining Martin & Seibert, L.C. in 2002, Ms. Hinerman completed judicial clerkships in the Thirteen Judicial Circuit, Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.

Ms. Hinerman is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Her practice focus will be primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation.
