Adam
J. Bullian joined Martin & Seibert, L.C. in 2008 as an associate attorney. His
practice is primarily concentrated in the area of insurance defense litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bullian worked for a U.S. Department of Justice
contractor where he was assigned to the team representing the Army Corps� of Engineers
in Hurricane Katrina litigation. While in this role, he became proficient at electronic
discovery reviews and production of voluminous sets of documents similar to that
encountered in �bad faith� and institutional litigation against business and corporate
defendants. Mr. Bullian has also worked in private practice handling a variety
of civil matters. Mr. Bullian is a native of Morgantown, WV. He graduated
from West Virginia University with a degree in History and Political Science in
2004. He continued his education at the West Virginia University College of Law
where he graduated in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Bullian completed two clerkships
and also taught aspiring law students prior to entrance examinations. When
not practicing law, Mr. Bullian enjoys an active life in his community. He has
served as a member of the Board of Directors of SteppingStones in Morgantown,
WV and has worked to bring a Miracle League Baseball Complex to the Baltimore-Washington
metropolitan area. Mr. Bullian is admitted to the West Virginia Supreme
Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West
Virginia. |
