        Charles
        "Chad" Sinsel practices Real Estate law.
         Mr. Sinsel engaged in the general practice of law in
        Clarksburg from 1960 until 1988. During that time his practice was
        directed primarily toward the areas of real estate, banking,
        corporations, estates and coal, oil and gas. He served as General
        Counsel and a Director of the Lowndes Bank in Clarksburg from 1972 until
        1985. He also served as West Virginia Legislative Counsel for State Farm
        Insurance Companies from 1969 to 1985. 
        From 1987 until 1994, he and his wife, the former
        Nuala M. Higgins, owned and operated a loan origination office at Deep
        Creek Lake, Maryland. 
        A member of the West Virginia State Bar, Mr. Sinsel
        served as Chair of the Young Lawyers Section in 1967, and has been a
        member and Chair of the Unlawful Practices Section of the Bar. He also
        served as President of the Harrison County Bar Association in 1974. 
        A long-time member of the West Virginia University
        Alumni Association, Mr. Sinsel, was, for several years, President of the
        Harrison County Chapter of that Association. He is a long-standing
        member of the Board of Directors of the Daywood Foundation. 
        Mr. Sinsel is admitted to Practice before the Supreme
        Court of Appeals of West Virginia, the United States District Court for
        the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
