Andrew
N. Frye, III is the firm's subrogation attorney. He limits his practice
to primarily subrogation matters, with some Creditor's Rights matters.
Prior to becoming an associate with Martin & Seibert, L.C., Mr.
Frye worked at the law firm of Mcneer, Highland, Mcmunn and Varner,
practicing primarily business litigation with an emphasis on collections
and subrogation. Before making the decision to enter law school,
Mr. Frye worked for Prudential Insurance Company, West Virginia
University and as a paralegal at the law offices of Vorys, Sater,
Seymour and Pease in Columbus, Ohio. A native of Petersburg, WV,
Mr. Frye graduated from West Virginia University with a B.A. in
Political Science in 1989. He graduated again from WVU, with a law
degree in 2004. As a law student, Mr. Frye was a member of the Moot
Court and completed two, successful summer clerkships.
Mr. Frye is admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern Districts
of West Virginia.
