Jeffery
Jay Gould practices in the fields of commercial and retail law with
an emphasis on creditors’ rights litigation.
Prior to joining Martin & Seibert, L.C., Mr. Gould
was a sole practitioner in Whittier, California. Mr. Gould's practice
was limited to Family Law (divorce, custody and support issues),
Bankruptcy (both debtor and creditor), Unlawful Detainer Actions
(evictions) and General Civil Litigation.
Mr. Gould is a member of both the California and
West Virginia State Bar Associations.
Mr. Gould has been admitted to the California Municipal
and Superior Courts (1999), United States District Court for the
Central District of California (1999), West Virginia Supreme Court
of Appeals (2004), United States District Court for the Northern
and Southern Districts of West Virginia (2005).
