Andrea
Hinerman's practice focus is in the area of insurance defense litigation.
Before joining Martin & Seibert, L.C. in 2002,
Ms. Hinerman completed judicial clerkships in the Thirteen Judicial
Circuit, Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, and in
the United States District Court for the Northern District of West
Virginia.
Ms. Hinerman is admitted to practice before the
West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District
Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and the United
States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
