Kenneth
Ford practices primarily in the area of litigation. He focuses on
matters involving insurance bad faith and insurance defense. Mr. Ford
currently counsels on a wide variety of issues including insurance
coverage matters, extra-contractual liability, personal injury and
wrongful occupation of property as well as commercial litigation.
Mr. Ford is a member of the West Virginia State Bar
and is Vice-President of the Martinsburg Chapter of Kiwanis
International.
Mr. Ford has been admitted to practice before the
U.S. District Court of both the Northern and Southern District of West
Virginia.
