Lisa L. Lilly is a litigator and has practiced
extensively in the areas of medical malpractice, risk management
and licensure. Ms. Lilly also has gained experience working for
the State of West Virginia in several capacities, including as a
Decision Deputy for the Bureau of Employment Programs, Grievance
Evaluator for the Department of Health and Human Services and as
the Prosecuting Attorney for the West Virginia Board of Medicine.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Lilly was employed
for several years as a Registered Nurse in Morgantown, West Virginia.
In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she received her
Registered Professional Nurse License in from the State of West
Virginia in 1986.
Ms. Lilly is admitted to practice before the West
Virginia State Courts, the United States District Courts of West
Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth
Circuit. Ms. Lilly's current practice is primarily in the areas
of civil defense litigation, insurance law and collections.
