Michelle
Fox practices primarily in the areas of civil defense litigation,
insurance law, employment law, and personal injury law. Her experience
includes defense of personal injury, wrongful death, toxic tort and
wrongful discharge and discrimination cases.
Ms. Fox serves in an "Of Counsel" position
with Martin & Seibert, L.C. in Charleston, West Virginia. In that
capacity, she practices throughout the State of West Virginia.
She previously held the position of Law Clerk to
United States Magistrate Judge David L. Core.
Ms. Fox is a member of the Defense Research Institute
and the Randolph County Bar Association.
Ms. Fox is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. District Courts for the Northern
and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the West Virginia Supreme
Court of Appeals.
