Greg
Garretson practices Commercial Law with emphasis on collections,
creditor�s rights and creditor�s-side bankruptcy.
Before arriving at Martin & Seibert, L.C., Mr.
Garretson was employed as a public defender attorney in Martinsburg and
two years as an associate for the Stapleton Law Offices in Huntington,
West Virginia.
He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar
Association, the Marlyand State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar
Association, the Commercial Law League of America, and the National
Association of Retail
Collections Attorneys.
Mr. Garretson has been admitted to the Supreme Court
of Appeals of West Virginia, the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He has also been admitted to the United
States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, the United States Court of
Appeals, Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the
Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, the United States
District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States
District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
