Fuller Appointed by State Bar to Continuing Legal Education Steering Committee

Martin & Seibert, L.C. shareholder and director of litigation E. Kay Fuller has been appointed by the West Virginia State Bar to serve on the Bar’s Continuing Legal Education Steering Committee.

The Committee works in partnership with the State Bar and the West Virginia University College of Law to plan and deliver top-flight continuing legal education to the Bar’s members so as to comply with mandatory continuing legal education requirements.

“The law changes so frequently that providing quality legal education on an ongoing basis is one of the most important functions a State Bar can provide to its members,” Fuller said.
