On September 25th Susan Snowden an attorney with Martin & Seibert, L.C. became a member of the West Virginia 4-H AllStars.  The AllStar organization is an honorary one, and its members are selected based upon their lifetime of achievement and community service.  The WV 4-H AllStars were formed in 1919 and were the first chapter in the United States.   Snowden was inducted into the Alpha Chapter at Jackson's Mill along with her husband, Bradley, and sister, Christal Smallwood.   The state and county 4-H organization recognized the Martinsburg lawyer for her service to her community and her support of the Berkeley County 4-H organization where she is active with the Arden Club.  Snowden is active in the community, serving on numerous local boards including the Mt. State Apple Harvest Festival, Inc., Soroptimist International of Martinsburg, Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce and is Chair of the City Hospital Foundation and Jefferson Health Care Foundations.
